Cox Manor offers care-free living at a lower cost than what
you may now be paying for rent. Cox Manor can also help you avoid

for retirement living. Our residents take care of their individual

Monthly Rent is 30 percent of your average adjusted monthly gross income.
The formula for rent allows you to deduct medical expenses in order to
arrive at the adjusted gross income figure. Electricity, telephone
and cable TV are not included as part of your rent, however, you will
receive a monthly deduction from the basic rent to be applied to your
electric bill. The amount is adjusted periodically. Water,
sewer and garbage pick-up are included in the rent. Kitchen
appliances and wall-to-wall carpeting are provided with each apartment,
otherwise residents must supply their own furnishings.
Cox Manor is more than just
a place for seniors to live. Its a retirement community where your
friends and family are near, but privacy is your choice. Location is
within walking distance of shopping, medical facilities, city hall,
library, city parks and hiking/walking trails.
